LMS FBLA attended the District I Fall Leadership Conference today. Students participated in networking activities and Battle of the Chapters, gained valuable leadership advice from keynote speaker John Beede, and the local chapter officers were inducted. LMS FBLA is ready to get to work to prepare for the District I competitions that will be held in January! #arrowpride #arrowsaimforward

Today, 6th Grade Math students jumped into ratios! They sorted objects, then compared quantities and practiced describing those relationships using ratio language and notation.

Our 7th grade STEM Medical Detectives were in the lab Friday! Students carried out their antibiotic effectiveness experiment, practiced aseptic technique, and worked together to make sure their results will be reliable. Next, they’ll use their data to draw conclusions and consider treatment options. 💜💛

6th Grade Guidance Today, our 6th graders learned about having the attitude of a leader! ⭐ Students discussed how leaders encourage others, listen, show respect, take responsibility, and work as a team. Leadership isn’t about being in charge—it’s about lifting others up and making a difference!

8th science students had a “Force and Motion Lab Investigation."

8th graders taking Physical Science participated in a “Runner’s Lab” today.

Lavaca GT students 6-12 had the opportunity to see a Theater Squared production, All Greek to Me, and then participated in a Q & A session and a workshop.

The 8th grade GT class had a Zoom meeting with Rishu Agrawal from Tesla. He discussed his work with AI and robotics and the students participated in a Q and A session.
