Mrs. Ellis' 8th Grade Social Studies Classes enjoyed some sunshine while practicing their 50 states. They also played 50 states “knock out,” where the students had to name the abbreviation of a state before they could shoot the basketball. ☀️🇺🇸🏀

LMS 5th & 6th Grade Battle of the Books Teams competed today at the education co-op in Branch. Congratulations to 6th grade 1st place (Colt Kilbreath, Damon Morgan, Claire Trusty), 6th grade 2nd place (Isaac Berry, Xander McEntire, Jax Nelson, Camden Winters) and 5th grade 2nd place (Kalan Dunn, Scarlett Beatty, Kelcie Kilbreath).
