Congrats to the Lady Arrows on their 5-1 conference WIN over the Tigers!! The Golden Arrows came up short in extra innings after a hard-fought game & ended with a final score of 5-6 against the Tigers. We are so proud of both teams!!

Physical science students studied chemical reactions. They have learned to classify, balance, and predict outcomes of chemical equations. They ended the week with an investigation of a decomposition reaction!

LHS students visited Baptist Medical Center for an event titled A Day in the Life in Healthcare. Students visited with an emergency room physician, pharmacist, & ER nurses. They also saw the athletic training & imaging departments. In addition, they toured the med helicopter where they talked about flight nurses & paramedics.

LHS Choir received Division 1 ratings at the Region Choral Assessment at Russellville High School . They will perform again at the State Assessment in April.

Congratulations to the LHS Concert Band on receiving all excellent ratings at the Region 8 concert assessment at Van Buren Performing Arts Center. The band is now qualified and will compete at the State Concert Assessment in April! Go band!
LHS Seniors attended the Be Pro Be Proud Draft Day at PEAK Innovation Center. The graduating seniors visited with regional employers & participated in interviews. Several of our Class of 25 graduates have received job offers. Go Arrows!
