Thanks to the generous grant from the Blue and You Foundation For a Healthier Arkansas, Coach Headley is now equipped to educate our students on how to properly use an AED. 💙 This invaluable training not only enhances our students' knowledge but also empowers them with life-saving skills. A huge shoutout to Coach Headley and the Blue and You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas for supporting initiatives that promote health and well-being in our community! 🙌

If your student has not registered for our School-Based Health Clinic, you may register them at any time during the school year. By pre-registering your child, school nurses are able to get students seen much sooner when needs arise during school. The Lavaca Wellness Center is also able to perform regular well-child checks. Registration/Consent forms can be accessed and printed at https://core-docs.s3.amazonaws.com/documents/asset/uploaded_file/3997/LPSD/3323723/English_Lavaca_Wellness_Center_Registration_Packet.pdf, or you may request a copy of the forms at any of the school building offices. All completed forms need to be returned to the building secretaries. If you have any questions, you may contact Mrs. Moudy at 479-377-1234 or email terri.moudy@lavacaschools. com.

The annual band concert will be held Sun, Dec 3 at 2pm in the PAC. Grades 6-12 will be performing. You will be able to show support for your performer & buy a rose for $3 from the LHS Choir members. Roses & programs will be available at the entrances. GO BAND!!
