Hello!
This is my first year teaching at Lavaca and my first year teaching in a classroom. I am currently teaching third grade.
I graduated from UAFS in December of 2015. Before coming to Lavaca, I have been a long-term substitute for the Van Buren and Fort Smith School Districts. During January-May of the 2017/2018 school year, I worked as a Dyslexia Interventionist for Parkview Elementary in the Van Buren School District.
My husband and I have been married for 5 years and we have 3 beautiful daughters. I have a 4 year old and 2 year old twins. My oldest goes to Pre-K here at Lavaca. Our family is completed with our dascshund, Sarge.
When I am not teaching, I like to spend my free time walking with my friends or playing board games. My family and I enjoy going to the park or enjoying time in our backyard. I also enjoy reading mystery novels, sewing, and baking cakes.
